Packaging and Delivery

Orders for items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours.  Many products may be dispatched by first class mail, express courier (FedEx, Airborne, UPS and US Mail), or air-freight, and the method of dispatch will be at Z-BioMed's discretion unless otherwise directed.  The cost of transport, packaging material and where applicable, blue ice or dry ice, will be charged to the customer.  Special packaging and freight charges will be prepaid F.O.B. Rockville, Maryland, USA and added to the invoice.  We reserve the right to alter packaging at any time without notice. Alternate shipping arrangements are available upon request.  Where overseas air-freight dispatch is necessary, communications notifying the customer of flight details will be included in the delivery charges. 

Satisfaction Guarantee and Replacement Policy

At Z-BioMed, customer satisfaction is our highest priority.  We guarantee batch to batch consistent results.  All Z-BioMed products are supplied with product (technical) specification.  We will replace free of charge any product that does not meet Z-BioMed's claims. 

Return Policy

Please call us before returning any products for refund, credit or replacement.  No return will be accepted without proper authorization by Z-BioMed.  The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.   Z-BioMed is not liable for material which becomes defective through improper storage or handling.  Claims for damaged goods or delivery discrepancies must be made within 72 hours of receipt of goods and if the claim is initially made orally it must be confirmed in writing within three days containing full details of the claim.   Z-BioMed will not be responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience to the customer for goods which are lost or damaged in transit.

Product liability

All products are for in-vitro research or manufacturing use only and are not intended for human diagnostic or therapeutic applications.   Z-BioMed will have no liability to the customer for any loss or damage of any nature arising from any breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of the contract or of any negligence, breach of statutory or other duty on the part of Z-BioMed or arising in other way out of or in connection with the performance of or purported performance or failure to perform the contract except for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of Z-BioMed or as expressly stated in these conditions.   Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing Z-BioMed will not be liable for any loss of profit or consequential loss arising from the supply of these products or the use of them by the customer.  The goods are sold on the understanding that the user is solely responsible for determine the suitability of the goods for the proposed application.

Retention of title

The risk in respect of any goods supplied will pass to the customer on the invoice date, but the property in the goods will not pass to the customer until the customer has paid full payment due and owing whether under the appropriate invoice or otherwise, until the title passes the customer will hold the goods as bailee for Z-BioMed   and will store or mark them so that they can at all times be identified as the property of Z-BioMed Inc.
